I'd say that along with The Last Wish, this is my favorite of the series. It's just so good. A fitting end with lots of small bits about the futures of many of the characters, good and bad. Very satisfying. Bittersweet, regular sweet, tragic, heroic, and epic. Moving.

(The only issue is that I'm not wild about the covers, as much as I love the games. I really prefer the old weird covers that were on Last Wish and Blood of Elves.)
