will be particularly interesting to entrepreneurs and business leaders who aren't familiar with Ben's blog posts. less a how-to than a collection of anecdotes about his own experiences, told in a very honest, candid fashion. he does't try to make himself blameless when things went wrong, but he also does a good job explaining what he did right in his career. I particularly liked how gracious he was in acknowledging all of the people whose help was valuable to him over the years, and showing how and why their help was critical.
