In volume 2, two friends who have grown close on a long journey draw near its end. Janek longs to get home to his old life, and can’t understand his friend’s hesitance to act on the spark between them, while Chepi, haunted by anxiety and memories of past trauma, struggles to confront his feelings before it’s too late.

With time running out before their journey ends and shadows from the fae forests lurking on the path before them, can they make it home at all?
