After all of the hype surrounding this book and the show I wasn't sure how I would feel about this book. I have been wanting to watch Bridgerton for the past month or so and had been postponing it thinking I would rather read it first. I finally took the leap and I have to say, though not exceptional, I did thoroughly enjoy this book and it did make me smile in quite a few places. Now I can devote a whole day to the series (because I know myself enough to know that this will be a binge watch and 8 eps would hardly take a day to complete).
