"What if Clark Kent were a real person, in our world, and hated the incessant comparisons to Superman?"
That simple question kicks off a lifetime adventure that really thrilled me the first time I read it, and it still holds up. This book just feels incredibly (and in some ways tragically) realistic. You get to experience Clark's life almost through his own eyes. Brilliantly drawn and excellently written.
