The art is absolutely amazing (aside from a few contorted figures): Great color, great detail, very moody and cinematic feel with the over-the-top angles you'd expect from any story about the Norse Gods. Everyone's thoughts are written on their faces without being caricatures.
But that writing, well, that's pretty weak. It's plotted much like a play, full of eloquent monologues and dialogues between a single central character and all those who seek something from him as he slowly comes to an epiphany; while outside events and concerns come up, none actually intrude on the story in any way. The middle-school angst that forms the entire story turns it into a dreary yet well-written revenge fic, but little more.
This is worth picking up for the art alone, though.
