"Arthur has travelled the length, breath and depth of known, and unknown space. He has stumbled forwards and backwards through time. He has been blown up, reassembled, cruelly imprisoned, horribly released and colourfully insulted more than is strictly necessary. And, of course, he has comprehensively failed to grasp the meaning of life, the universe and everything. Arthur has, though, finally made it home to Earth. But that does not mean he has escaped his fate. For Arthur's chances of getting his hands on a decent cuppa are evaporating along with the world's oceans. Becasue no sonner has he arrived than he finds out that Earth is about to be blown up ... again."--Publisher description.

Review of 'And Another Thing...' on 'Goodreads'

4 stars

Eoin Colfer effectively captures the sense of absurdity that made the Hitchhikers' Guide to the Galaxy so much fun.

And Another Thing is not as good as the first two books in the series (and neither were Douglas Adams' later novels) but the characters feel familiar and the novel is packed with plenty of jokes and one-liners, some of which are genuinely laugh out loud funny.

This sixth book of the trilogy effectively captures the spirit of Douglas Adams' H2G2 novels and is a very welcome addition to the series.
