Review of "Kushiel's dart" on 'Goodreads'

4 stars

I really liked Kushiel's Dart. It has a great, strong female protagonist (which you know I always love). It is surprising and delightful to see a female protagonist who is strong and capable, without being a fighter. Don't get me wrong, I love to see heroines who are fighters, but not everyone is a fighter, and I like seeing situations where the female protagonist isn't a fighter, and others are doing the fighting, but she doesn't come off wimpy and damsel in distress-y.

Great book. I wouldn't say it's a sexy as I had heard (or maybe... it's as sexy, but not as erotic. Compared to the level of sex in, say, Laurell K. Hamilton's books (totally different books), it's way way less.)
