Very short, very direct, and actually inspired me to go out and do stuff, cheesy as it might sound.
In the age of the obsession with "networking" (read - schmoozing powerful contacts at cocktail parties) it provides an antidote in actually talking about your damn work with the people who are actually interested in it. I hate networking. Hate it with a passion. But now I've started to go out there and am not afraid of the exposure because this book made me realize that "networking" does not have to be that way. It could be talking about the things that interest me with the people I admire - isn't that what people want to do anyway?
Yay for exposure to those who hate networking and long for sincerity
