Born to Run: A Hidden Tribe, Superathletes, and the Greatest Race the World Has Never Seen, is a 2009 best-selling non-fiction written by the American author and journalist Christopher McDougall.
Some interesting parts, but overall far too over-the-top about barefoot running, and very sensational in its depiction of these people.
This is the book that it and started me to become a runner years ago. Great prose, totally entertaining and engrossing.
