maybe 2+. I'm not impressed. The Naturals is superficial and juvenile (not for children, though—immature).
There is no real heat or tension where there should be. The premise is completely unbelievable (if we are to believe that teenagers would be recruited to the FBI, we would expect them to be more mature than depicted here).
There is a fairly good attempt at a twist (the serial killer's identity), but I had stopped caring by the time we got there.
