Review of 'Battlefield medicine' on 'Goodreads'

Surprisingly interesting. I love how words mutate through history. People misused "ambulance" to refer to the cart rather than the military unit responsible for transporting wounded off the battlefield, to the consternation of the Properists, and then it became THE definition.

Some day in an American megashop, an angry woman will glare at a recent immigrant and shout "speak English!" in a language comprised of Cockney rhyming slang on Chinese loan words.
