I like the whole idea of a virtual reality world and something about this book was both satisfying and unsatisfying about it.

I like the idea of using virtual reality for a game and a tournament. I like the characters and how it almost brought the book to life

however, what I didnt really like was that she didnt really delve into the virtual world and I wished she did. I want to know more about the rules and worlds of this virtual reality that she created.

another thing that annoyed me a little was that emika spent too much time with hideo. I understand that hideo is her client and everything, but I wanted to know the other characters too. maybe I'll get to know them in the next book. maybe not.

either way, it was a 3.5 stars for me. if the characters and the world was better, …
