It is a slender premise. After a bount of cardiac issues twelve years ago I was told to quit using caffeine for my own good, so to me a three month hiatus seems almost like a blip. So maybe I had both less to learn here and more at stake personally, and can't judge fairly whether the average person woould find this worthwhile. For me it isn't a matter of choice for exactly the opposite reason the vast majority of young and active workers relying on it to get through their days. The load that coffee and rea cultivation places on the Earth's resources is a little alarming in light of the face of global warming threatening its climatic zone.
