Meh. I do not see how the Interwebz can get excited about this particular storyline being made into a movie (based on fairly flimsy evidence, I should say). I also don't see why Spider-man is such an integral role that he MUST be in whatever movie adaptation there is. Seems like it would be more important to have a cybernetic clone of Thor... seemed a lot more essential to the plot.
And so what if Dr Strange decided to sit the fight out? It doesn't matter... whichever side has Sentry would singlehandedly wipe the floor and windows with the other team.(spoiler alert He doesn't seem to act like the Sentry, so his presence is wasted...like Marvel's use of the Man-Thing property.)
Overall, it was an enjoyable enough read. There's some truly comic moments (Ha!) though the ending was... just that, one of the sides essentially looks around and sobs …

The whole sub-plot with the Fantastic Four seems to exist solely to remind the reader that they do, in fact, exist. (Though Susan's personality pretty much makes her invisible as far as interesting characteristics go).
There are also too few meta-humans in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to make this a viable movie... I mean, to have a Super Hero Registration Act, you need Super Heroes to register, right?
