A Good Adventure and a Better Introduction

I've loved playing in D&D games set in Eberron for years, but before now hadn't read any of the novels that were written for the setting. This first one, by Keith Baker, the creator of Eberron, serves as a great introduction to the setting, particularly it's most interesting place, Sharn, The City of Towers. The characters and plot don't deviate much from those typical for D&D, but the rich world building really make the novel come alive.
