New Protagonist, and one that really hit me

I really enjoyed this one, it felt more like 3 stories about the same person, that kind of wouldn't work in isolation.

Then again I'm a sucker for these stories about a hyper competent young person joining the military for some reason, I don't really know why, but I always find them really enjoyable.
