I'm done! And what a freaking ride! I like the way the story was told. Sal the Cacophony is my new heroine. The world is tremendous and I felt very lived in. The dual nations that are at war, with the scar being the neutral place for everyone to try to exist were interesting and felt reminiscent of the storylines of Casablanca.
The magic here is interesting, and I honestly can't wait to see if Sam Sykes revisits this world soon. It was a pleasure reading and living it. Besides, I really want more Sal! And Liette, and Cavic!
