I can't help feeling that I should really enjoy a collection of stories that follows the aftermath of The War of the Worlds, but none of the stories in this collection really caught fire. None are particularly bad, either, but I was hoping for at least some of them to have been better than 'okay'.

A bit disappointing overall.
