Good concept, but the book is overly long and repetitive. I also think the role of natural talents is overly minimized in this book. I am not a "natural" athlete - and no amount of practice is going to make me Serena Williams. I can certainly get a lot better at tennis, but I'm never going to win Wimbledon.
