The best book I have ever read on IT Architecture. This book focuses on the IT side of the Architecture discipline and does very little to cover the business side of the discipline, but even with that gap, its still -the- best book out there.

A great set of stories that shows you another lens to use when looking at the story of super heroes. Can't help but think this set of books have been very influential over the years as Super Hero stories post modernized.

A great collection of Middle-Earth "scholarship" focused on various esoteric topics of Tolkien's world. Recommended for people who want more then just Lord of the Rings and the Silmarmillion, but don't want to dig all the way into Histories.
