Steven Rowley: The Guncle (Hardcover, 2021, G.P. Putnam's Sons)

I actually enjoyed this one a lot more than I expected to. A few times I even laughed very loudly out loud. A single gay uncle gets his brother's kids for the summer after a tragedy and has to navigate that. Some feels, some laughs, some good messages.

Irreverent, pseudo Irish adventure. Some laughs, some romance, some parts that drag a bit. Good over all, though probably wouldn't reread.
