Eh, I wasn't wowed. I did read it directly after a Stephen King book, so it may have suffered a bit in comparison, but this just wasn't great. It wasn't at all scary; probably best to file this as a bit of a dark fantasy than a horror. It felt more like a series of blog posts, especially with the very Goosebumps-esque ending to each chapter. Of course, I also suspect I'm not the target audience for this one. It feels like it is more for people who are already fans of the author or people who are into fandoms or fanfiction. But, whatever, no harm no foul, I think it just isn't for me.
