Content warning I guess this could spoil it for someone, but this book doesn't really contain a lot of surprises ;)
Not that it's bad or anything, but 22 chapters in I think I get the message:
If you want live a long and healthy life:
- eat a primarily whole food, plant-based diet
- avoid animal products (meat, fish, eggs, dairy)
- restrict protein in your diet
- avoid drinking alcohol
- take vitamin B12 and vitamin D supplements
- maybe take an algae-based omega-3 supplement
- exercise regularly, doing both cardio and strength training
