Shy of 50% mark, it was dragging a bit & I was worried. It picked up again—whew! Like Stradal's Kitchens of the Great Midwest, this book weaves through time & generations. It's probably a good thing that I read this some years after being encouraged to drink craft beer by Number One Son. I mightn't have had as great an appreciation for the story if I didn't have familiarity with the beer types. [Don't let lack of beer knowledge stop you, though.]
