Arthur C. Clarke: Of time and stars (1983, Gollancz) 5 stars

Review of 'Of time and stars' on 'Goodreads'

4 stars

An early but excellent exploration of the time-freeze idea. At only 7 pages and a title pic, it's a quick read, but it flips so quickly from mysterious heist to cataclysmic that you'll get whiplash... yet there's a vein of quirky hope in the last lines. Clarke is quite the author, in short or long form.
