Review of 'I Am Malala: The Story of the Girl Who Stood Up for Education and Was Shot by the Taliban' on 'Goodreads'
5 stars
Malala is brave and lovable. She's so honest, and so earnest. So what if the book is a little clunky - she co-wrote it as a wounded youngster with English as her third? language. It's not literature, it's history. As I write this review, she is at uni, and hasn't been able to return to Pakistan yet. But I expect that she will return there some day to lead her people as a politician. I wish her safety.
