"Your mileage may vary," as they say. But I LOVED this book because its very many accounts of different kinds of (mostly vaginal, mostly medication free, still very different!) childbirths helped prepare me for giving birth to my kid. I was lucky, and had a really good birth experience. Hence the great rating for this book! Besides that, though, it's a good read.
