Review of 'Dear American Airlines' on 'Goodreads'

I really enjoyed this book. The writing is fantastic, the story is alternately funny and sad, and the main character shows enough self-awareness in his present-day self, the perspective from which this story is told, that you don't completely hate him for the transgressions of his past. The interweaving of the Polish story he's translating provides an amusing (and interesting!) diversion, and the gimmick of the letter to an airline is executed in a way that doesn't wear thin by the end of the book. Will definitely seek other titles from this author.
