The first thing I've sat down and read from beginning to end in quite some time! I've always enjoyed JMG's astronomy and extraterrestrial-related YouTube content and figured this would be a nice way to start getting back into reading. It's a short story meant to set up the following book in the series, so not a whole lot to chew on, but I'm looking forward to seeing where it goes from here.
