Change Agent is a thoroughly engaging thriller and a frightening glimpse of a possible future. It's hard to get the balance right, but Suarez did a fantastic job. Never preachy, Suarez nevertheless presents a plausible future where genetic editing may alter core principles of what it means to be human. The moral, ethical, and philosophical implications of genetic editing stay with you long after you've finished Change Agent – and will challenge your assumptions. I can't remember a book that terrified me more or entertained me as much as Change Agent did. Highly recommended.
