So much of this is now baked into how teams work in Silicon Valley. Should be required reading for anyone who wants to work for a startup, or who wants to learn how entrepreneurial teams can succeed. Felt a bit heavy on process in a few parts, but overall this was really well done. Can't believe I hadn't read it until now!
