Aftermath : Star Wars : Journey to Star Wars

I haven't read a Star Wars book since the first movie translation book. I tried reading another back then and I lost interest. I this story, I did not lose interest. It was a fun read with a lot of interesting and diverse characters. It was a real pleasure and I can't wait for the sequel later this year!

Enjoyable, but not mind-blowing the book suffered from too many interstitial scenes that seemed to be reinforcing the same point: the uprising of the common people against the Empire, while at the same time not really progressing the story. It also suffered from the lack of any of the main characters except for a brief scene with Han and Chewie, as if the baton has already been passed.
