I loved this. It re-inspired my cooking. This is one of those books that I want to buy 15 copies of and distribute to everyone I know as gifts. It was a seriously amazing book, about how to cook intuitively. As an intuitive cook, it helped me get re-inspired and get new ideas, and I think it would especially helpful for people who don't yet have that sense for cooking to start to acquire it.
