The characters are great, the premise tricky ("commit a real heist and we'll videotape it and broadcast it as a reality series!", no real suspense though, and the laughs aren't from the belly but titters from the tongue. I had higher hopes than were warranted, as I know from reading other things that Westlake could be funnier than this.
