This is a promising yet frustrating book. Interesting characters, an interesting fantasy world, and much adventure is included. However every problem that needs solving seems to spawn two more problems which makes the book an unending chain of events you feel there no way to escape from. Though Flora faces the issue I thought the whole book was about, it isn't until the last chapter or so. And it isn't resolved! Summary: book that doesn't know what it is or what it's about, but entertaining for as long as you can take it.
