If you get it from a library it's alright

First off, I wouldn't recommend spending the $59.99 MSRP on this book. But if you see it at your local library like I did, it can be worth checking out. A significant amount of the 269 page count is, admittedly nice looking, photos. So there's less informative writing here then I would have liked. Although it credits two authors, the book is majorly written by a professional wedding photographer named Jonathan Canlas. Film is an expensive hobby, sure, but Jonathan is definitely in a different tier than I am. His daily driver camera is a nearly $3k medium format monster called a Contax 645. And I definitely don't have the money for that, lol. He definitely gives some interesting tips about photography, but I doubt I'll ever be able to comfortably drop the money needed to replicate his gear loadout.
