I found this book really helpful in finding recipes and ideas to use for my school lunches. The main downside was that the recipes were very American, something that was remedied by the release of the 'around the world' version of this book. Another great book for recipes. Overall I think that this is a great book for anyone stuck on ideas for vegan lunches.
