And the Chronicles of the Black Company continue. This installment was a real fun read and was more coherent than the predecessor.
What values do mercenaries fight for? Is it merely the pursuit of gold? A job done well? In this volume, the stance of the Black Company becomes more complicated as they try to maintain their "lesser of two evils" stance... particularly since it is no longer a choice between two evils.
