I didn't think I could dislike this one more than the second book, but here we are.

It was super irritating from the get-go because Enzo is being all secretive and mysterious about what he's up to and not communicating with Millie about anything that's going on. This, to me, is completely contradictory to the character that has been built up in the other books. Irritating.

The biggest irk that I have...is the kids! These kids are 1000000000% NOT 9 and 11 years old. Or at least they fully act way older with how they speak. It was insanely distracting because I kept having to stop and remind myself that these are supposed to be kids and not teens/young adults.
