I enjoyed this book, although the protagonist is morally gray, verging on black.

Recommended by my therapist, who was very excited about it. There is a lot of great information in it about the importance of the first 3 years of life, which I was already aware of. There was less information about what can be done as an adult to heal, and that's what I was hoping for. I'd give it a solid 3 stars, but if you're not familiar with the bonding necessary in early life, this might be very interesting for you if you're a parent.
