An allegory for our times

This book has severe class inequalities, a man-made ecological disaster, a refugee crisis, surveillance of the citizenry, and escalating violence. It's written in 4 parts, each part following a family or person trying to survive in this milieu. It's both inspiring and terrifying. A must-read.
