So.... this is the kind of cliché YA story that just by its ways of storytelling makes me almost-cry on most pages. But I really enjoyed how not-cliché the story was in many ways. Like.... teenagers who run away and meet a surprising amount of really kind people even though everything sucks. And the gay kid's gayness not making much difference to the abuse he experiences anyway. I liked that.
