This was a very enjoyable book about math. It’s clearly written, interesting, and accessible to the layperson.

Tammet could stand to be more precise in some instances For example, talking about "African tribes" is not helpful and a little offensive. Being more specific would strengthen the book. That occasional tendency towards generalization is my major qualm with this book. Other than that, it's pretty great.
