Alright, I'm calling quits on this book. I coukd see where it was headed and gave it a chance still, but I won't continue on from here. I cannot fathom books/people/anything that still pushes the "your depression can be cured by changing your perspective" and "you can make yourself happy" nonsense. After further looking into it, it seems like this is basically Haig's writing in all of his books. So I think I'll just be passing up on any of his books.
